My passion to help people came in healthcare as a Paramedic. I have spent time working in Las Vegas, Nevada, Austin, Texas, Gillette, Wyoming, and Dallas, TX. My dream had always been to be a Flight Paramedic, which I accomplished and enjoyed for over 10 years. While flying, I also found a passion for education, I loved to spread my my knowledge and later worked as the Clinical Educator for several of the largest companies in the industry.
Nearly 20 years spent in emergency medicine, finally came to an abrupt halt as it did for so many of us in early 2020. I was forced into a career change that has been the greatest decision I have ever made. I became a insurance broker, opening up my own agency in July of 2021.
My passion to protect people continued. I apply my background in both healthcare and education in what I do today, by providing my clients the knowledge they deserve on the insurance industry. I am so blessed with this opportunity to help customers every single day by providing them with protection. The name “Hercules Health Solutions” came from my daughter, Emma who was working on a school project and was assigned as a lead to of a group project. They were asked to come up with a creative name from a disney character matching first letters of her last name. She settled on Hercules! I found the name to be catchy, it was a powerful name from roman mythological character who was known for being a champion of the weak and a great protector. This made perfect sense for an insurance agency focused on exactly that, protection.
Very helpful and responsive. Burton goes above and beyond to make sure that you understand the policy that you’re buying to the fullest. Initially he gave me about 4 different policy options before we narrowed it down to one and dove deep into the one I ended up purchasing. 100% recommend for any instance needs.

Excellent customer service and always available to help when I have had a question or need clarification! This is a new approach to healthcare coverage than the typical health insurance we have always had, but we are excited to be saving money each month while still getting the coverage that works for our families needs!
